Jesse Rhodes has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He served his apprenticeship with Ireland, Robinson, and Hadley, and spent the next 20 years working with The Giampolini Group, in San Francisco. His career highlights include working on a number of world famous projects such as Julia Morgan and Maybeck historic homes, as well as renovating The Flood Building and the Pacific Union Club. In stride of his dedication for his career he became the youngest Partner and Senior Vice President in company history.

Jesse also served as chairman of the cultural affairs commission for the City of San Rafael for five years. The commission over saw the permitting process for the restoration of landmark homes and buildings in San Rafael, dealing especially with buildings on the Historical California Registry.

In 1998 Jesse founded PB Development, and started developing land to build his personally designed custom homes. To date he has completed over 20 personal projects. His personal residences were awarded the 2004 and 2006 Marin County Designer Showcase.

The key element of Jesse’s success is his all-encompassing business philosophy, "Build meticulously and manage efficiently." He visualizes each property's maximum potential, and then develops a concept to make it a reality. Jesse is completely focused on delivering the highest quality possible, and is genuinely passionate about well crafted construction.

Born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County, Jesse has established himself as a successful businessman and proud father and grandfather to his loving family.
